ARC-800 Small PVD Vacuum Coating System
ARC-800 is a smart option for functional applications in PVD machines. It comes with a small vacuum chamber(diameter700 * height 800mm). We provide turbo molecular pumps for this system. Usually the cycle time for functional PVD takes hours (at least 5-6 hours). It's a good option for low capacity clients.
