On August 4th, we made the final test of vacuum metallizing coating machine, which was designed for applying metallic coatings on plastic reflectors. This machine comes with two doors, it is a vertical vacuum chamber machine. The size of vacuum camera is D1800XH2200mm.
Synergistic advantages of double doors: when the left door is used for loading and unloading workpieces, the right door can be used for loading plating materials, realizing the parallel operation of "loading-coating", which improves the efficiency of single-door equipment by more than 40%. Versatility of workpiece shaft: it can adapt to rotary workpiece shaft with diameter ≤ 1600mm and height ≤ 2000mm, and support coating of large special-shaped parts such as automobile wheel hub and lamp reflectors, plastics caps, Christmas decorations, etc.
