Our Horizontal Large-Scale Coating System is a next-generation PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) solution designed specifically for decorative and functional coating applications on furniture boards (wood-based panels, MDF, HDF) and stainless steel sheets.

Unlike traditional vertical coaters, this horizontal configuration eliminates the need for floor pits, lowers workshop height requirements, and simplifies long-distance transportation – making it the ideal choice for manufacturers seeking high productivity with minimal installation constraints.

🔹 How It Works

The system deposits high-performance thin films (e.g., TiN, TiC, CrN, ZrN, stainless steel color coatings) onto flat workpieces via:

  • Multi-Arc Ion Plating – for dense, highly adherent coatings with excellent hardness and striking decorative colors (gold, rose gold, black, bronze, blue).

  • Magnetron Sputtering – for ultra-smooth, uniform metallic layers (silver, chrome, titanium) with precise thickness control.

Workpieces are loaded horizontally onto a motorized cart or conveyor, then driven into the vacuum chamber. The horizontal layout allows easy manual or automatic loading/unloading without overhead cranes.
