Mini Small Size Magnetron Sputtering Real Gold Coating Machine For Stainless Steel Jewelries

Magnetron sputtering coating machine, which is a machine specially designing for coating a real gold (such as 24K gold or other gold alloys) layer on the surface of stainless steel jewelry, and realizes high-precision and high-quality coating effect by using a magnetron sputtering technology.

Main parts of the machine
 1. Vacuum system:
 Vacuum chamber (stainless steel)
 2. Mechanical pumps + molecular pump (to achieve high vacuum, usually ≤5.0×10⁻³ Pa
 3. Sputtering coating system with DC power supply :
Gold target (other precious metal targets such as platinum and rhodium can be customized)
Magnetron target (made of permanent magnetic material to improve sputtering efficiency)

 4. Control system:
PLC or touch screen control, can adjust vacuum pressure, process gas flow, power, time and other parameters

 5. Auxiliary system:
Workpiece rotating frame (to ensure uniform coating)
Heating device (optional, to improve film adhesion)
Gas flow meter (accurate control of argon, nitrogen, etc.)
6. Thickness monitor(optional)

7. Advantages of the device:
* The coating is uniform and compact, and has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
* Environmentally friendly and pollution-free (cyanide-free, safer than traditional electroplating).
* Can be used for plating workpieces with complex shapes (such as hollowed-out jewelry, curved surfaces and the like).
* The color of the film layer can be adjusted by the composition of the target material (such as gold + copper, gold + silver).

8. Applications:
Stainless Steel Jewelry Gold Plating: Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings, etc.
Fashion accessories: watch cases, glasses frames, buttons, etc.
High-end decorations: awards, souvenirs, etc.

9. Pre-treatment and post-treatment
Pretreatment: stainless steel shall be polished and cleaned (ultrasonic + plasma cleaning) to remove oil stain and oxide layer.
Post-treatment: a transparent PVD protective layer (such as SiO2) can be deposited to extend the service life of the gold plating layer.
