Mini PVD Vacuum Coating System Gold Plating Machine for Dentures, Crowns

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a physical process in vacuum environment, which converts metal or alloy materials into gaseous state and deposits them on the surface of workpieces to form nano-scale films. DC magnetron sputtering: The target material (such as titanium and chromium) is bombarded by electrons accelerated by an electric field, and the sputtered atoms are deposited on the surface of the crown to form a dense and adhesive film. Ion plating: The plasma ionization technology is used to partially ionize the atoms of the plating material into ions, which are combined with negative bias to impact the workpiece at a high speed to form a high-hardness and corrosion-resistant coating.

Technical advantages:
Film performance: The hardness is 3-5 times higher than traditional electroplating, the corrosion resistance is significantly improved.
Environmental protection: no release of toxic substances, in line with FDA certification standards, can directly contact the human body.
Decorative: It can be plated with more than 20 colors, such as golden yellow, black and colorful, to meet individual needs.
Thickness control: The thickness of the coating is only 0.3-5 μm (1/200 of the hair), which does not affect the dimensional accuracy of the crown.
Miniaturized design: laboratory-grade equipment lowers the threshold for small and medium-sized dental laboratories.
Convenient operation: manual/automatic mode switching to adapt to crowns of different materials.
Compatible composite coating technology improves crown wear resistance and is suitable for high value-added products.
