This is a large-scale vacuum coating equipment specially designed for automobile wheel hub surface coating. This design can save floor space, and the particles of coating material are distributed more evenly under the action of gravity, which is conducive to obtaining a highly consistent film layer and is convenient for loading and unloading workpieces. Evaporation coating is a physical vapor deposition (PVD) technique. In a high vacuum environment, the target material (such as chromium, titanium, silicon and other metals or non-metals) is evaporated or sublimated by heating (resistance heating, electron beam bombardment, etc.) to become gaseous particles. These metallic gaseous particles fly in a straight line in vacuum space, and after encountering the cooler hub surface, they condense and form a dense, strong film.
Workflow
Pre-treatment: The wheel hub undergoes strict cleaning, dusting and drying to ensure the absolute clean surface.
Loading: Secure the hub to the planetary rotator inside the cavity.
Vacuum pumping: Close the vacuum chamber door and pump the chamber to a high vacuum state (usually of the order of 10 ⁻ ³ Pa or higher).
Vacuum Metal Coating: Plating high-quality metal film layer.
Pick-up: After the coating is finished, fill it into the atmosphere, open the vacuum chamber door and take out the finished product.
