The 99.99% multi-arc zirconium target is a high-purity zirconium target material, which is mainly used in the field of vacuum coating.
High purity:
The purity of 99.99% means that the impurity content in the zirconium target is very low (≤ 0.01%), which can significantly reduce the particle contamination in the coating process and improve the compactness and uniformity of the film.
Multi-arc process suitability:
In multi-arc ion plating technology, the target material is evaporated by electric arc, and the target material is required to have high purity, low porosity and good conductivity. Applications:
1. Decorative coating:

4. Semiconductor field:
